His expertise spans optical hardware design, AI-driven analytics, and translational product development—capabilities that underpin SafetySpect’s platform and its expansion into food safety, medical diagnostics, and defense. Dr. Vasefi’s work covers the full stack from foundational electrical/optical engineering through clinical validation and commercialization.
